Lord, thank you for this day. I need your eyes to see today as you would want me to see it. I feel as though I am just existing and not living most days. Help me to see each day as an opportunity to be your servant. Help me to view life through your eyes and not my own. When I become self-centered, life is all about my way and my desires; this is not how I want to live. Give me your eyes to to see the needs around me, including the needs of my spouse and kids. This is not about me anymore, it has to be about You and those around me. If I love myself, then I should be loving those around me just as much and more.

Lord,
Thank you for this day; help me to walk in wisdom and your direction today as I live. I need your strength and your guidance as I teach and raise these kids. Show me how to love each child individually. Sometimes I just don't know what they need or how I should be disciplining them, but you can help me. So I ask for wisdom today to handle each moment with grace, peace and a slow to anger heart. I don't want my children to remember the years that I yelled, I want them to remember the fun things we did. Give me some creative ideas and help me use my time with them wisely. I know they are only this age this one time. I don't want to miss it and regret.
I also give my dreams; I know you desire for me to dream dreams and see visions but right now I just seem to overloaded with junky dreams or overwhelming dreams. I ask that you would come in a like a flood and redeem my mind and my night sleep, and my day dreams as well. I need your dreams to control my night and my sleep. Without your rest I do not feel rested. Without your dreams I feel like I ran about all night. I know you have so much more in store for me in this area. Take this area, all of it. Consume it with your holy fire.
Lord, I lift up my family to you; I ask that you would continue to soften all my siblings hearts, draw them to do in all circumstances and situations that arises. Help me to see them through your eyes of love and not with my critical heart. I also lift up my Mom, give her strength and energy in this season to raise Molly and also give her and Dad wisdom to know what to do in regards to Trent and Izaak. There is something that needs to be done, but what, it still is a bit unclear. But you calm the storm, and you bring clarity, so I ask that you would do that in this situation. Thank you for caring for those boys and for my parents.
I also pray for Lael, she is on my heart constantly. I ask that you would meet her where she is and speak peace and wisdom to her heart, and restoration to the places that have been wiped out from this past season & trials. Continue to speak rest to her spirit and mind. I also lift up her brothers & her son, I ask that you would come and minister to them and their families, show them the way to you and the plans you have for their lives. Show them that it is so much better to walk this life with you than to walk it without you. Continue to pour your oil into Lael, and as she pours out into so many vessels that you would keep the oil flowing until she runs out of vessels to pour into. (Like 2 King 4).
2 King 4 -
“Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said, “except a small jar of olive oil.”
3 Elisha said, “Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don’t ask for just a few. 4 Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.”
5 She left him and shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring. 6 When all the jars were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another one.”
But he replied, “There is not a jar left.” Then the oil stopped flowing.
7 She went and told the man of God, and he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debts. You and your sons can live on what is left.”
Notes: The woman and her sons collected jars from their neighbors, pouring olive oil into them from their one flask. The olive oil was used for cooking, for lamps, and fuel. The oil stopped flowing only when they ran out of containers. The number of jars they gathered was an indication of their faith. God's provision was as large as their faith and willingness to obey, Beware of limiting God's blessing by a lack of faith and obedience. God is able to do immeasurably more than we all ask or imagine (Eph 3:20).
Habakkuk 3: 17 - Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vine; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation. The Sovereign LORD is my strength! He will make me as surefooted as a deer and bring me safely over the mountains.

The Widow’s Olive Oil
1 The wife of a man from the company of the prophets cried out to Elisha, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that he revered the LORD. But now his creditor is coming to take my two boys as his slaves.” 2 Elisha replied to her, “How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?”“Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said, “except a small jar of olive oil.”
3 Elisha said, “Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don’t ask for just a few. 4 Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.”

Pour out my Heart to God alone
Good morning Lord. Thank you for this new day, even if the night hours were frustrating. I choose to pray you in this moment. Thank you for all you ahve done me. Sometimes I forget to thank you. I am truly thankful for all that you have given. You kept your promise and fulfilled your covenant, sent a savior, your son, through the line of Abraham and David. What an amazing God! Thank you for thinking of me way back at the foundations of the earth and bringing a savior into the picture just so that i can have direct access to you. I dont take full advantage of that, forgive me. And help me to learn to come to you first and to find all that I need is in YOU alone. Like rest, I need rest, strength and energy for this day. I need your strength to train these kids in the way you would want them go. Most days I fall short of what is best, but I have to believe that you will fill in the rest. I need your patience, I have little to no patience with the kids when I am tired and worn out, plus feeling sick. Give me your patience today, not tomorrow, but for today. This day is yours, I give it back to you. Help me to use it in the way that would be pleasing to you. There needs to be less of me and more of You in this day. Thank you again for giving me the wisdom I need to plan ahead.
Also, thank you Lord for the guidance and for leading us to this house on Cascade Ct. I truly believe that you hand picked that house just for us. So now I ask that the business side (finishing the paperwork for the loan and the closing) would have your anointing all over it and would have your speed. That not one thing would slip under your radar or anointing and grace. Thank you again for leading us. I know you have great things in store for us regarding this new house. Help us to plan, and use our $ wisely, and our time. We have so much to do and so much to plan, give us grace and a peace of mind that you are guiding our steps even in the planning area of all this.
I need an extra amount of grace and ability to organize during this season before we move. I don't want any lose ends to have to be tied up that could have been tied up before hand. Help me to use my time wisely and know how to pack a little each day and at the same time take care of the house, kids, etc.
I ask that you would help the twins to sleep through the night again. I don't want to have to sleep train them again, but I will if I have to. This broken up nights is so hard on me, and the lack of sleep is really starting to get to me. I ask that tonight would be a new night and that you would anoint the kids' sleep and our sleep. That we all would sleep straight through the night.
I ask again for wisdom from your throne for Joshua. I need to know what should be done about his eating. Should I continue what I am doing, or do other changes need to be made. I call that perfect health back into his little body. That he would gain weight faster this Summer than the last few years. That he would outgrow clothes and catch up with Saray in height and weight. Thank you for knowing Joshua, inside and out. I ask that you would speak to his body, to every cell. Send your angels to minister healing to his intestines and the rest of his body as well.
I love you, Lord.

God Will Make a Way
The last few days I have been really drawn back to a song a heard when I was younger. It's called, "God Will Make a Way" by Don Moen.
Words to the song:
Words to the song:
God will make a way
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength
For each new day
He will make a way
He will make a way
By a roadway in the wilderness
He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade
But His Word will still remain
He will do something new today
------------------
Thank you Father God for making a way where there seems to be no way. Thank you that we can trust you with our lives and the plans you have for us are good. We give thanks for all that you do for us, all that you are working on on our behalf. Thank you for your amazing guidance and peace along the road. You make me strong in this place of waiting and being still. Thank you for reminding me about Psalm 46:10 - Be still and know that I am God.
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength
For each new day
He will make a way
He will make a way
By a roadway in the wilderness
He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade
But His Word will still remain
He will do something new today

Lord, I ask for a special anointing about today. I need your grace to raise these kids up today in the way you would want me to. Help me to know where to draw the line with them, and teach me how to disciple each one according to your will, not my own. You know each one of us and you know how we are linked together. Help me not use my attitude or tiredness to get in my way of loving my kids right. I cannot do today without you, Lord. So I seek you're advice and wisdom on how to go about today.
Thank you for your unending help.
I also lift up this housing search. Lord, we have no control over the speed of things or the process. But you do. We commit it all to you. Lead and guide us during this season. We ask that you would open doors that no man can open, and close doors that no man can close. Thank you that you are the ultimate realtor. You know what will work for us and our budget for this upcoming season. Thank you that you see the whole picture, even if we see a little piece. You are Jehovah Jireh - My Provider. Thank you. We ask for continued flow of wisdom and Godly advice during this process. Help us to look at things with your eyes.
Lord, you see the house we are looking at, and even though we haven't looked very many houses, we believe that this is the place you have in mind for us. I ask that things would move forward with your anointing and speed.

Prayer for Wisdom Regarding Home Buying
Lord, thank you for another day to dwell in your presence. Help me to focus on your rest and peace even in the middle of the chaos of my day. I ask that you would give me wisdom on how to raise these little ones that you have entrusted to Jeremiah and I. Help me to know how to encourage them to see you in everything that they do and say. Also, help me to control my anger and attitude; I want to mirror right behavior, not display bad behavior that will come back and bite me in the rear.
I again, surrender Josh's weight and lack of eating to you. I can't control his appetite, but you can. I can't control the big or small bites he takes, but you can. I ask right now for a stirring of a right appetite in him today and everyday. I pray that you would give me wisdom to know if there truly is something that needs to change with his diet, even if it that means going gluten-free. I ask that you guide and direct Jer and I in this area. Thank you that you are the God that multiples ad does miracles. I ask that you would multiply every piece of food that goes into his body, that his body would take in all the nutritional value that his body needs. I pray this also for Saray & Grayson's bodies as well.
Lord, thank you for this house that you have us living in right now. Thank you for the quick process you lead us on to get to this place. The timing was ALL you, and we thank you for that. You know our desires to look for a new place, and not other that, but to buy our own place, instead of rent. We want to be wise in our adventures of house buying and not just buy whatever looks good at first glance. Lord, we thank you that you are faithful to provide. We know that we can trust you to provide in the area of provisions and in the area of timing. We pray that you would put your hand on the house that you have for us, and that you would make it light up like the sun on a cloudy day. That it would be so noticeable that this is the house you have in mind for us.
Also that you would give us wisdom as to whom we should get our loan through and that everything from the time of signing for the loan to the closing of the house would go smoothly with your anointing all over it.
Thank you for taking our deepest desires into account also:

- Laundry room separate and not in the kitchen or main area
- Nice, bright basement with lots of options to work with
- Backyard that would be able to accommodate a garden and our children running around
- 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms (for our sanity and growing family)
- That the house would be facing S for the best light for growing indoor plants, etc.
- Plenty of room to grow (plenty of closets, and cabinets, etc)

Jesus Walks on Water
Jesus Walks on Water
45 Immediately after this, Jesus insisted that his disciples get back into the boat and head across the lake to Bethsaida, while he sent the people home. 46 After telling everyone good-bye, he went up into the hills by himself to pray. 47 Late that night, the disciples were in their boat in the middle of the lake, and Jesus was alone on land. 48 He saw that they were in serious trouble, rowing hard and struggling against the wind and waves. About three o’clock in the morning[b] Jesus came toward them, walking on the water. He intended to go past them, 49 but when they saw him walking on the water, they cried out in terror, thinking he was a ghost. 50 They were all terrified when they saw him.But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage! I am here![c]” 51 Then he climbed into the boat, and the wind stopped. They were totally amazed, 52 for they still didn’t understand the significance of the miracle of the loaves. Their hearts were too hard to take it in.
53 After they had crossed the lake, they landed at Gennesaret. They brought the boat to shore 54 and climbed out. The people recognized Jesus at once, 55 and they ran throughout the whole area, carrying sick people on mats to wherever they heard he was. 56 Wherever he went—in villages, cities, or the countryside—they brought the sick out to the marketplaces. They begged him to let the sick touch at least the fringe of his robe, and all who touched him were healed.
----------------
Jesus, thank you for showing me that in the midst of the storms of my life you are with me. You climb into the boat with me and you calm the storm. I give you a spot on my boat of life.
